
Breathe, Move & Remember is a grief-centered healing circle created to gently support those moving through loss. This workshop offers a compassionate space to honor grief in all its forms.
Through a grounding healing circle, conscious breathwork, guided meditation, and soft, supportive yoga, we invite the body to release what it has been carrying and allow the breath to create space for feeling, remembrance, and rest. Together, we move slowly and intentionally, allowing grief to be witnessed, held, and integrated with care.
This is a space to remember your loved ones, remember yourself, and remember that you are not alone.
