Welcome! I’m Janice, a passionate yoga instructor based in Buffalo, NY (#GoBills!). With a BA in Psychology and years of experience in social services, I’ve always been committed to helping others. After spending much of my career navigating corporate roles in mental health, banking, and social services, I realized I wanted to make a deeper impact—one that aligned with my heart and purpose.
During the challenges of the pandemic, I experienced firsthand how life’s pressures can affect mental and physical well-being. Recognizing the need for change, I decided to take a leap of faith, leaving behind the corporate world to pursue my passion for mental health and personal growth. This journey led me to intensive yoga instructor training, where I discovered the true power of movement, mindfulness, and resilience.
As a yoga instructor, my mission is to empower individuals to embrace their physical and mental strength, find balance, and move through life with love and intention. My classes focus on harmonizing body movement with the stillness of the mind, equipping my students with tools to navigate challenges, breathe through tough moments, and grow into the best version of themselves.
